ADOTAS EXCLUSIVE — Looming recession, cold New York weather and dead-end leads gotcha down? Panic not. Digital Wednesdays is here to inject some much-needed cheer (and possibly a lead or two) into the lives of ad agency bees, publishers, rich-media and mobile gurus and entrepreneurs of all stripes – as long as they’re digital.
Digital Wednesdays is held every Wednesday (duh) at the Corio restaurant and bar in SoHo (337 West Broadway to be exact) between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Judging from last night’s turnout, aim for 7 p.m. or later. DW is hosted by Max Ramirez, director of ad sales at Blinkx.com and his stated goal is “to make the next big dot.com idea happen … today!” An excellent, if perhaps slightly lofty, ambition for your average hump day......
